30 couples played this year’s Classic on 26th & 27th August.
The Kidd Quaich Trophy for the best 4BBB nett on day 1 was jointly won by 3 pairs on nett 58! Brian & Rosie Turnbull, Neil Thompson & Hilarie Wilson and Graeme & Wendy Middendorf.
The Cornah Cup for the best ladies nett on day 2 was won by Mary Hore with a nett 68.
The Calcutta Cup for the best male nett was Brent Wilson, also with a nett 68.
The overall Classic winners and winners of the Life Members Cup was Alan Murdoch & Pat O’Connor with scores of 63, 73, 70 – total 206. This was on a countback from Peter & Bronwyn Greenwood.
